About the Role

  • Managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for senior managers
  • Preparing minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Supporting internal clinical governance functions
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting service improvement projects and initiatives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Indicating salary Range for the role is from NZD $75,201 to $78,358 per annum (depending on experience)

About you

The ideal person must:

  • Proven experience as a PA or senior administrator (ideally in healthcare or public service)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
