Team Administrator - Adult Medical Department
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our busy Adult Emergency Department (AED) and Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) team at Auckland City Hospital, Grafton. This role is based fully onsite within the Emergency Department clinical environment. You will work as part of a shared administrative pool supporting clinical leadership and operational management across AED and CDU. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of one of the hospital’s most complex and high-pressure services.
Hours of Work
Up to 1.0 FTE available. Working hours are either:
· 7:30am – 3:30pm, or
· 8:00am – 4:30pm
The role is fully onsite at Grafton within the Emergency Department. Some ad-hoc flexibility may be considered; however, regular or guaranteed flexible working arrangements are not possible due to the nature of the service.
