About the Role
As a Registered Nurse Outpatients you will play a vital role in providing support, delivering care and education to patients across the Tairawhiti region. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to assess, manage and support people covering a variety of conditions. You will work closely with both local and visiting Specialists attending the Outpatient Department.

About you
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post graduate experience
- Post graduate qualifications preferred
- Strong level of computer literacy and a desire to widen your range of technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changes that occur throughout the day
- Capable of working in a fast paced, high-volume clinical setting
- The desire for a commitment to continuous professional development
- A good team player, happy to jump in and support others when required
- Good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Current Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Local community knowledge would be of benefit.
