About the Role

Join the Portfolio Management Office supporting major capital strategic initiatives across Te Toka Tumai Auckland. This role is critical in ensuring projects and programmes are well-coordinated, well-governed, and delivered on time to achieve intended benefits.

You’ll work closely with Programme and Project Managers to manage reporting, governance, and stakeholder coordination across complex, high-profile initiatives.

About you

  • A proactive and highly organised Programme Coordinator who thrives in complex environments and keeps multiple workstreams moving.
  • Brings strong coordination experience across projects and programmes, with the ability to produce clear reporting, track risks, and support effective governance.
  • Confident working across a wide range of stakeholders, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with project tools (such as Planview, MS Project or similar) and strong capability in reporting and financial tracking (including Excel, budgets, and invoices) is highly desirable.
