About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Operations Manager for Screening and Health Services. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Operations Manager’s office by providing high-level administrative and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative and executive support to the Operations Manager
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate reports, presentations and documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support planning, projects, and operational activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

About the Team/Service
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team within Screening and Health Services, working closely with clinical and operational leaders to deliver high-quality health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
- An interest in promoting women’s health and well-being
- Knowledge of Te Reo and be especially willing to embrace Tikanga Māori
