We are excited about our new 20-bed ward, designed for patients who no longer require acute medical care, but who need complex discharge planning supported by a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a health care assistant with the right skills who want to work differently from traditional acute wards.

You will join a supportive and forward-thinking team committed to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the healthcare experience for patients and whānau.
About you
To be considered we will need the following:
- Previous experience as a health care assistant in an acute working environment
- New Zealand Residency or Citizenship
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to equitable, culturally safe care
