About the Role

·         Variation in practice across a large number of clinicians, hospitals, and departments in a range of urban centres

o    Rotations in ICU, Anaesthesia, CED, General Paediatrics, and New Zealand’s only Paediatric ICU

o    Complete your full ACEM training in Tāmaki Makaurau

·         Complete your full ACEM training Tāmaki Makaurau

 

About the Team/Service/ Location

·         Great pastoral care, including continuing employment meetings with the chairs of the vocational training programme, departmental DEMT contact, and formal mentor programme

About you

·         Preferred experience: 3 months’ Emergency Medicine or General Paediatric/Paediatric ED time

·         Eligibility for general scope registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand

·      Must be PGY 3+ when starting position applying for.

·         We strongly recommend that you apply as early as possible during the application period as interviews for this specialty are highly competitive.
