About the role:
BreastScreen Counties Manukau (BSCM) aims to improve breast screening coverage and outcomes for women in the Counties Manukau region. We are looking for an experienced and competent Administrator to join our team based in our Breast Screening. The role will also provide cover as a Patient Care Assistant when staff are on leave.
In this position you will be responsible for a range of administration tasks such as booking and receptionist services. The role will also provide back up support for HCA staff in clinics. You will need to provide professional and caring manner services to the women in the Counties Manukau region.
About you:
We are seeking someone who is organised, personable, and thrives in a team environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous frontline administrative experience in a healthcare environment
- NCEA Level 3 or Level 4 HCA Course and previous experience as an HCA or PCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
- High service and customer focus
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to maintaining high administrative standards
