About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the ORL, Audiology, and Urology services. You will contribute to the smooth running of the services by providing efficient, timely, and flexible administrative and personal support.
In this role, you will assist the Service Manager and the wider ORL and Urology teams, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently and information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-managed.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
About You:
You will interact regularly with staff and leadership at all organisational levels, including external stakeholders from partner organisations and agencies. We seek a high performing individual who demonstrates initiative, maintains composure under pressure, and possesses exceptional organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will need to have;
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and Outlook
- Strong report writing and documentation capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work standards
- Familiarity with administrative processes and a drive for continuous system improvement
- A positive, adaptable, and discreet approach with a strong results-oriented mindset
