About the Team/Service/ Location
Our Endoscopy Service is a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high quality, patient-centred care using evidence-based practice. The team works closely together in a fast-paced clinical environment, supporting professional growth and continuous improvement.
This role is based at North Shore Hospital.
About you
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, a sound work ethic, and be well organised with the ability to prioritise based on clinical assessment.
You will also bring advanced clinical expertise and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care. You will have:
• Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate
• A minimum of 5 years’ recent endoscopy nursing experience
• Proven ability to undertake advanced clinical assessments and manage clinical risk
• Experience reviewing referrals and supporting clinical decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
