About the Role
We are looking for a Charge Nurse Manager to lead the Out of Home Respite team at the Wilson Centre on Auckland’s North Shore. You’ll step into a pivotal leadership role where you drive both clinical excellence and operational performance. Leading a dedicated team, you’ll inspire and support staff while ensuring systems and resources are aligned to deliver high-quality, 24/7 care. You’ll champion best-practice standards, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and build strong, meaningful connections with patients, service users, and their whānau - making a real difference every day.

About you
To be successful in this role, your key skills will need to include building relationships with families and a wide variety of stakeholders and services.
You may have past experience in respite care and/or past experience as a clinical nurse or clinical manager in Child Health. Your experience in clinical leadership and contemporary nursing knowledge will make you stand out from the rest.
