Senior Podiatrist
Senior Podiatrist Permanent, Part Time (0.6 FTE / 48 hours per fortnight)
Diabetes Service – Across all Waitemata DHB sites –main hospitals & satellite clinics.
We are looking for a skilled and confident Senior Podiatrist to join our Diabetes – High Risk Foot Service. In this specialist role, you will provide advanced podiatry care to people living with diabetes who are experiencing active or complex foot complications.
As a key clinician within the service, you will deliver expert assessment, treatment, education, and coordinated care. A strong focus of the role is supporting patients to build independence and self‑management skills while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and external providers.
To be successful, you will bring strong clinical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across services.
Essential requirements:
- New Zealand Registered Podiatrist with a current Annual Practising Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in diabetes-related podiatry care
