About the Role
Te Toka Tumai’s ORL theatres would love to hear from you. Come and join our friendly and dynamic team, where we work together to pursue the Auckland City Hospital values of Welcome (Haere Mai), Respect (Manaaki), Together (Tūhono) and Aim High (Angamua). We have permanent and fixed term opportunities on offer, to suit your needs.
Our theatres are a Tertiary referral service operating in state of the art surroundings with a very supportive interdisciplinary team, who are committed to delivering excellence in quality of care to all our patients undergoing ORL surgery. Our Specialties includes Head & Neck, Maxillary Facial surgery, complex Airway (Laryngology), Otology and Rhinology. You will have the prospect to develop your clinical, technical and seek out your leadership potential. Our Orientation programme creates and encourages you to take up educational opportunities and experiences to help build your confidence by taking an active role in Simulation and LASER workshops.

About you
We are looking for:
- Registered Nurses with NZ Nursing Council Registration
- Minimum of 12-months recent theatre experience
- Currently working as a theatre scrub and circulating nurse, looking to further develop and progress in the perioperative setting
