About the Role

As a Clinical Coach, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will work closely with new graduates and experienced nurses, providing guidance, education, and hands-on training to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide clinical coaching and mentorship to nursing staff.

· Demonstrate a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and improving Māori health outcomes

· Assist with training programmes and workshops.

· Support the integration of evidence-based practices.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Assist in the orientation and on-boarding of new staff members.

About you

As a Registered Nurse you must have the below experience and qualifications.

Qualifications/Experience:

· Registered Nurse with a current NCNZ practicing certificate.

· Have an Expert PDRP, or working toward

· Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Passion for teaching and mentoring.

· Commitment to continuous professional development

· You must be eligible to work in New Zealand with no restrictions
