About Us
Mental Health Services for Older Adults (MHSOA) provides a comprehensive service to people over the age of 65 years, including an inpatient hospital unit and community mental health teams covering the North Shore, Rodney and West Auckland.
About the role
To strengthen the functioning of our leadership team we are seeking a self-motivated and experienced administrator to primarily support the Operations Manager and Clinical Director of the service. Experience in a health setting or a large organisation would be beneficial.
Day to day tasks include coordination of meetings, accounts processing, calendar management, correspondence, minutes, action tracking and report preparation.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
