Service Support Administrator - North Rodney Adult Mental Health Services

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrator to support the leadership of adult mental health services in the North and Rodney districts.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will bring previous experience working in a large health organisation as well as advanced administrative skills in order to help the leadership team achieve their goals.

This position provides personal assistance to the Operations Manager, Clinical Nurse Director and Service Clinical Director. In addition you will be working as part of a larger administration team based in Takapuna and will use your experience and seniority to support the teams to strive for excellence.

This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement and is mapped to role profile 5C.

About You

Skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using health software such as HCC, Oracle and iPIMs are essential.

You will be working with a senior team of professionals who are supportive, fun and dedicated to improving outcomes for people experiencing mental illness. You will working in an evolving learning environment and will be supported to pursue further professional development.
