This is a dynamic role where you will provide vital administrative and recruitment support across the Med / OPR Nursing Directorate. You will be the backbone of our operational functions, ensuring that our service delivery remains seamless and our teams are well-supported.

About the Team/Service
You’ll be joining a busy and supportive Med / OPR Nursing Directorate where no two days are quite the same. This is a dynamic role at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative and recruitment support that keeps everything running smoothly.
As part of the team, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, helping to coordinate processes, maintain accurate records, and support the recruitment of new staff.
We’re a collaborative group that values reliability, clear communication, and a willingness to step in where needed. In this environment, your ability to stay organised, adapt to changing priorities, and support multiple functions will make a real difference to both the team and the wider service.
About you
We are looking for a proactive professional who brings:
- Energy & Enthusiasm: A positive, "can-do" attitude with the motivation to take ownership of your workflow.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse teams, including clinical leadership and potential new hires.
- Precision & Detail: High accuracy in data entry and a flair for organized record-keeping.
- Adaptability: The capability to pivot between general admin tasks and high-priority recruitment needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills: knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Teams and digital communication tools. Key capabilities involve data entry, document formatting and calendar management. Strong skills in email management, file organization, internet research, and basic troubleshooting are also vital for daily office productivity.
