About you
- Strong administrative experience – at least five years working in an administrative role with excellent knowledge of office systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with people at all levels and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritise and work independently – organised, adaptable, able to manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail – including document preparation, data reporting, minute taking, and maintaining effective filing systems.
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity – able to apply Te Tiriti principles meaningfully and support improved outcomes for Māori.
