About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated booking clerk to be a part of a collaborative and supportive administration team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with women, LMC’s, staff, patients and whanau
  • Managing waiting lists efficiently
  • Booking scans and clinic appointment
  • Preparing clinical records for clinics
  • Managing very busy shared email boxes
  • Being adaptable to constant change

Waikato Hospital is a major regional hospital in Hamilton and is a leading tertiary teaching hospital located in Hamilton, New Zealand, serving as the regional hub for the Midland area, which includes the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki districts.
