About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Coordinator to support the efficient operations of the Orthopaedic Department at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, Hawke’s Bay.
In this role, you’ll provide a wide range of administrative and reception services, ensuring accurate data entry, clinic preparation, and coordination of patient health records.
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and whānau, delivering professional and compassionate customer service while supporting clinical teams with timely and reliable administrative support.
This is a varied and rewarding role where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a real difference to patient care.

You’ll be based in the Orthopaedic Department at Hawke’s Bay Hospital, working alongside a dedicated team of clinical and administrative professionals.
