About the Role:
In this role, first impressions are vital, as you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation and the first point of contact. Your main responsibilities will be to provide first class reception, and administrative and clerical support to the clinical staff. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, professional individual who enjoys working in a fast paced and supportive team environment. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, have a customer service focus, a flexible attitude and sound computer skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, show initiative and work as part of a team is essential.
This is a part time role, working 56 hours a fortnight Monday to Sunday from 7am- 2:30pm (0.7FTE), 7 days on 7 days off and will be based at Middlemore Hospital.
About You
The ideal candidate will need to have;
- Frontline reception and telephone experience
- Computer technology knowledge and basic computer skills
- Previous administration experience in a healthcare environment
- Flexible and team player
- Excellent overall admin skills with high attention to detail
The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
