Team Administrator - Parental Leave Cover
- Team Administrator – Part time 0.8 FTE, 64 hours per fortnight
- Parental leave cover up to 12 months
- Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre

About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and proactive Team Administrator to become the backbone of our Health Services Connection Centre team. This is a fixed term, part time role, covering a staff member on parental leave.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital part in supporting our managers and teams by ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating team meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Ordering stationery, staffroom supplies, and resources to ensure teams have what they need.
- Processing invoices and supporting financial administration.
- Managing office systems, records, and documentation.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration processes.
- Assisting with reports, presentations, and communications.
- Organising travel, meeting logistics, and catering when required.
- Providing responsive day-to-day support to managers and team members

About you
You'll be a highly organised administrator who enjoys being the person behind the scenes making things happen. You thrive on juggling priorities, solving problems, and ensuring details don't fall through the cracks. In particular:
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Take initiative and enjoy supporting a busy team environment
- Comfortable using MS Office Suite
- Preferably have a sound understanding of patient management systems and knowledge of the health system
- A flexible and positive manner, as well as being able to work with ambiguity
