Team Administrator - Child and adolescent Mental Health
- Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre & Point Chevalier – easily accessible via public transport!
- Monday-Friday, full time (1fte) permanent position; fixed hours 8.00am – 4.30pm
- Seeking an experienced Team Administrator to support our Child and Adolescent Mental Health services in Auckland

About the Role
As a Team Administrator for the CAMHS team, your primary purpose will be to provide comprehensive customer-focused administrative support that support clinical and operational staff to provide high quality clinical services to service users.
Some of your day-to-day duties will be, but not limited to:
• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Responding to service users in a calm, respectful, and professional manner
• Processing a high volume of incoming telephone and email queries
• Updating health information database systems

About the Team/Service/ Location
This role is primarily based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, with a rotational requirement across two sites: four weeks at Greenlane Clinical Centre followed by two weeks at 50 Carrington Road, Point Chevalier.

About you
To be a successful applicant you will meet the following criteria:
• A minimum 5 years’ administrative experience in a busy customer service / reception environment is essential
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Able to use initiative and can pay attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Good team working skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while remaining calm and focused
• Current full, clean Driver’s Licence
