About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and fast thinking Physiotherapist with a passion for working in the Emergency Care Department (ED) and Admissions & Diagnostic Unit (ADU) to join our inpatient services at Health New Zealand / Te Whatu Ora – Waitematā.

This is a part time role, in which you will be working alongside an established inter-disciplinary team providing early assessment, discharge planning and interventions to patients in the ED services and across the acute inpatient wards.

About you

· New Zealand Professional Registration and valid current APC

· 2+years of recent inpatient and ED/ADU experience

· Ability to lead, support and mentor/supervise junior staff

· Experience with student supervision

· Strong clinical assessment skills, great communication and fast thinking.
