About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Section Supervisor to provide day-to-day support to the Section Lead – Main Laboratory and to the Scientist Unit Manager. You will coordinate workflow, support staff development, assist with quality systems and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient and patient-focused laboratory services in conjunction with the laboratory leadership team.

About you
- Registration (or eligibility) with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand.
- Strong recent Histology experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a diagnostic laboratory.
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
- Commitment to quality improvement, innovation and patient-centred care.
