About the Role

We’re looking for a professional and adaptable Relief Support Administrator to join our reception and administration team at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, Hawke’s Bay.

This is a frontline role where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, whānau, and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth administrative support across various service areas.

You’ll be responsible for reception duties, clinic preparation, patient record management, and general administrative tasks. The role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly across departments. About the Team/Service/ Location

You’ll be based at Hawke’s Bay Hospital, supporting multiple service areas and working closely with clinical teams, clerical staff, and health professionals. The team is collaborative, values-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
