About the Role
As a Relief Elective Booking Coordinator, you will provide support across both the Outpatient and Surgical Elective Services Booking Teams, while also assisting other areas within Administration Services as required.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will coordinate outpatient appointments, manage elective surgery bookings, maintain waiting lists, and ensure patient information is recorded accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support patient flow, maximise clinic and theatre utilisation, and help ensure patients receive care within required timeframes.

Our Administration Services team plays a vital role in supporting outpatient and elective services across Hawke's Bay. Based in Hastings, you will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering efficient, patient focused services that support excellent healthcare outcomes.
