About the Role

If you are interested in healthcare and you’re ready for a role that’s exciting, challenging, and genuinely rewarding, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll be steering the full recruitment journey for our RMOs — shortlisting top talent, guiding candidates through the process, and making sure every new doctor feels genuinely welcomed from day one.

Be the guardian of compliance, keeping everything aligned with Medical Council standards, Immigration requirements, and employment legislation so our processes stay sharp, safe, and seamless.

Alongside this, you’ll help us shape smarter recruitment strategies that support the District’s future workforce needs — because great planning today means great care tomorrow.

At the heart of it all, you’ll be building strong, supportive relationships with our RMO workforce, helping them feel valued, connected, and excited to stay and grow with us.

If you’re enthusiastic, organised, and ready to make a real impact behind the scenes in healthcare, this could be your next great opportunity.
