About the Role

The Radiology Department at North Shore Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Scheduler to join their small, friendly Clerical Team. This is a busy, fast paced role, working closely with Radiologists and Nursing staff, managing our outpatient waitlist to ensure that our patients receive the best possible outcome. 

You will need excellent problem solving skills and be able to relate well with clinicians from the Waitematā community, and most importantly - our patients.

About you

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Previous experience in booking/scheduling is preferred
  • Be able to work under pressure, and multi-task with a smile
  • Experience with Patient Management Systems and Radiology Information Systems
  • Be flexible with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
