About the Role
As a Fleet Coordinator, you’ll support fleet vehicle operations and staff usage, helping to maximize efficiency through staff education and insightful reporting. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, day-to-day administrative support, as well as coordinate and support the seamless daily operation of our vital inter-hospital shuttle services, making a meaningful impact on the movement and connectivity within our district.

About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet coordination, administration, or related roles.
- Skilled in vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, and fleet utilisation.
- Hands-on experience with fleet management systems and vehicle booking processes (e.g., Fleetwise).
- Proven ability to prepare business cases for fleet optimisation and service improvements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on fleet data.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and effective in collaborative team environments.
