About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Implementation Analyst to join our Payroll team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in interpreting, administering, implementation and ensuring compliance with changes in policies and process and not limited to collective agreements.
You will work closely with the Payroll Analysts and HR and will lead the implementation of Collective and Derived Individual Agreements, including the monitoring of activities throughout Northland, Te Tai Tokerau District are managed through a best practice framework and within PSe (Payroll application). Regularly review and improve processes, systems, ways of working and interfaces within HR Services, HR Business Partnering, and Recruitment.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The Payroll team is responsible for processing all remuneration entitlements and deductions due to staff, through the liaison with the Payroll Team Leader and HR Service Partners in a timely and accurate manner.

About you
- 5+ years NZ Payroll or Human Resources experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a large complex payroll environment
- 5+ years working in an environment with multiple collective agreements
- Excellent data analytics and modelling skills – the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data
Previous experience in a Human Resources environment in the New Zealand health sector is desirable, however not essential to apply.
