About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team focused Health Care Assistant to join our Ward 2A team.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Love working with the Elderly
• Excellent organisational skills.
• A friendly disposition and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team player, not afraid to work with challenging patients
• Excellent time management skills
• Customer focused
• Successfully completed the Health Care Assistant or Health Support. Assistant training or a NZQA approved National Certificate in Support of the Older Person ( level 3 ) or a National Certificate in Community Support Services (level 3).
• Wanting to work towards the HCA Merit Level 2
