About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our BreastScreen Service team in a Data Quality & Administration Support role.
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Breast Imaging Information Systems Manager / BSA Data Manager to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the BreastScreen database.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and maintaining high data quality standards in line with National Screening Unit requirements
- Investigating and resolving data issues identified through clinical safety and quality reports
- Supporting system updates, including testing and implementation
- Acting as a subject matter expert and providing training and guidance to administration staff
- Delivering essential administrative support, including enrolling, booking, and following up eligible women in the BreastScreen Aotearoa Programme
This is a varied role that combines technical data management with meaningful frontline programme support.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is organised, personable, and thrives in a team environment. Ideally, you will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a service-based environment
- Experience ensuring quality data entry
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare experience (advantageous but not essential)
