About the Role
As a Consumer Feedback Coordinator, you will support our patients and whānau by handling calls, emails and survey results from consumers. Collaborating with the clinical team and the wider organisation, you will work to craft responses to consumers in a way that reflects their concerns and our organisational values. Your initiative, keen eye for detail, collaborative spirit, and ability to work well within a team will be highly valued in this role
