About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Engagement Lead to support the Bowel Screening Programme at Te Toka Tumai, Auckland. This is a fulltime (40hours/per week) Fixed Term role for 6 months. The Bowel Screening Programme is committed to saving lives by finding Bowel Cancer early and achieving equity in participation for eligible Māori and Pacific populations.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, you will lead a small team of Community and Outreach Coordinators. We seek someone with excellent communication skills, a collaborative style and a strong equity focus who can hit the ground running and motivate their team to make an impact on participation in the programme.
About you
Organisational skills are critical to this hands-on role. You need to be a self-starter, always looking to improve the effectiveness of the programme's community engagement. If you believe you have the right attitude, relevant experience, and commitment to making a difference, we would love to hear.
