About the Role
We are excited to seek applications from experienced senior mental health practitioners and leaders for our new rehabilitation facility, Te Puna Wai Kātea, that helps mental health and addiction patients transition back into the community.
You will be accountable for the management of the allied health, nursing and administration team and ensuring high quality, safe clinical practice standards and the best care outcomes. You will be a strong, credible clinical leader that can build and maintain strong working relationships

About you
Successful candidates will be:
· Health practitioners with current APCs and scope of practice to enable working in mental health and addiction services (Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker);
· 5+ years’ experience in acute and/or community based mental health &/or addiction services, preferably with strong rehabilitation knowledge and experience;
· Experience leading or managing clinical teams and establishing successful services
· Excellent clinical knowledge base and adept ability to provide psychoeducation for whai ora, whanau and health care providers.
· Ability to work under pressure, be a good team player, demonstrate leadership skills and positively contribute to service delivery;
