About the Role

- Part time, 0.6 FTE (48 hours per fortnight)
Our CNSs will facilitate and coordinate the identification, development and implementation of research and clinical trials within the Intensive Care Service. Your will also be responsible for responsible for the management of study data and materials, maintaining accurate and comprehensive study records, facilitating participation in trials, providing patient/family/staff education and support, providing clinical support in managing trial related care, and liaising with investigators, study sponsors and other interested parties. This research is both clinical trial and internally identified study based

We are a team that works at pace, with passion, vision and intent. Our Clinical Nurse Specialist role is pivotal to our success and will be expected to engage fully with the whole team. This role will be based at North Shore Hospital.
About you
We seek proactive, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals with strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities for this fulfilling and demanding role.
To be considered we will need the following:
- Current registration and APC with the nursing council of New Zealand
- At least 3 years of recent of current Critical Care Nursing experience
- Preferably holds a minimum of RN level 3 or 4
- Post graduate education in critical care or working towards Masters qualification
- Clinical trail coordination experience
