We are interested in hearing from Registered Nurses with extensive critical care experience who are looking for a new nursing opportunity
Working at Whakatāne Hospital, you will be part of a small, highly skilled, and supportive team focused on providing support to inpatients at risk of deterioration in the afternoons and evenings. This service runs 7 days per week, on afternoon and night shifts and incorporates coaching and care capacity building within inpatient care teams. We cater for both adult and paediatric patients from the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
A key focus for Whakatāne Hospital is to build a sustainable workforce at whilst achieving equity in health outcomes for our Eastern Bay community.

About you | Ko wai koe
Our preferred candidate will have:
- Intensive Care or High dependency experience is preferred.
- A current NZ nursing registration, current practising certificate
- Upholding our CARE Manaakitanga values are integral to our practice in Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty
