We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse for this Senior Nurse role. You will champion the provision of high quality healthcare to improve cancer outcomes and patient experience for patients with gynaecological cancers. This role also may also assist with leave cover for other Clinical Nurse Specialists in Cancer Care.
You will work in partnership with a number of health professionals and health services to ensure patients get early access to cancer services and experience optimal treatment pathways.
You will leverage your leadership, critical thinking, and clinical knowledge and communication skills to build effective relationships with staff in a variety of services to:
- Lead the enhancement of the cancer pathway through interprofessional collaboration
- Identify and implement a programme of quality improvement that enhances the experience and outcome of Gynaecology cancer patients
- Provide education and clinical teaching
As a minimum you have 5 years post registration experience, preferably in Womans Health and have achieved RN Level 4, or equivalent. You will have a reputation for excellence and either have or are pursuing post-graduate qualifications in Health Science/Nursing.
