About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the Clinical Trials Unit and our team of Research Nurses. This position is responsible for providing essential financial administration and coordinating patient clinics and appointments, ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the service.
This is an integral and varied role, offering the opportunity to contribute to both financial processes and the coordination of clinical trials within a dynamic commercial environment.
This is a permanent, part-time position with negotiable hours.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Join our well-established Clinical Trials Unit and become an integral part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work alongside a skilled team of Research Nurses involved in commercial clinical trials, collaborating with clinicians and international pharmaceutical organisations.
The Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne. We serve a population of approximately 308,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Situated in Tauranga, we are a small, family friendly, dedicated team with no more than ten staff.
