About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the high performing team at Te Kaha Clinic. The role is a casual position – as and when required.
This position is designed to provide quality reception, administration duties and organisational services.
You will be the first point of contact to all patients to provide cover of a busy reception area of our Health Centre when and as required.
We are looking for someone who will provide excellent customer service. You will be required to respond effectively to general enquiries and maintain good relationships with staff and most importantly patients, visitors and their families/whanau.
The position offers a variety of duties including managing phone calls, general administrative tasks, welcoming all consumers and going the extra mile for them.

About You
To be successful in this position you will be a team player with a positive attitude, a willingness to work innovatively and find solutions. We are looking for someone who has accurate administrative skills. You will be an excellent communicator and have a friendly telephone manner. Time management skills are important as is your ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne.
