About the Role
Step into a role where your advanced expertise in the i.PM Patient Management System will have an immediate impact. We are seeking a highly experienced i.PM specialist to join our small Clinic Set-Up Administration team, supporting Clinical Services with the establishment, maintenance, and optimisation of outpatient clinics across Counties Manukau.
This role is specifically suited to applicants with demonstrated Super User-level experience in i.PM, particularly within outpatient clinic management and Diary Manager functionality. Due to the specialised nature of this position, applicants without i.PM patient management system skills will not be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Clinical Services to establish new outpatient clinics and customise existing clinic structures.
- Providing expert advice on clinic configuration and optimisation to enhance service capacity and session timings.
- Delivering timely and responsive, high-quality i.PM clinic set-up support across Counties Manukau services.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for outpatient clinic configuration and diary management.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to work 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday during business hours, based at our Lambie Drive administration office. Specific days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
