About the Role
This position is responsible for co-ordinating the implementation of Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) for Allied Health. This includes the development and implementation of key Allied Health CCDM milestones and management of Trendcare utilisation to support the CCDM work.

About you
As an Allied Health professional, you will have a passion for data collection and interpretation and have experience leading projects or change processes. You will have experience in:
- Planning and organisation
- Audit
- 3 years or more experience working as an Allied Health clinician
