We are seeking a booking clerk to join our team within the outpatient clinic, Breast Care Centre.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate patient information
- Schedule outpatient clinic appointments
- Liaising with staff and patients
- Supporting services to meet Ministry of Health targets

About the Team/Service
BCC (Breast Care Centre) Outpatient Clinic is a busy, fast paced environment providing support to many doctors. We are a small team that works in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical people in Breast care based at the Waikato Hospital.
About you
Required skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Proven and demonstrated experience in an administration role and computer skills.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.
