Are you an organised, people‑focused administrator who thrives in a busy environment? Surgical and Planned Care Services is seeking a motivated, well organised Administrator to support our Preoperative Assessment Clinic.

About the Role
This is a rewarding front‑line role where you’ll help ensure patients experience a smooth and supportive journey from outpatient assessment through to hospital admission.
As a key member of our clinic team, you’ll manage appointment bookings, support daily clinic operations, and work closely with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow. Your work will directly contribute to high‑quality patient care and a positive experience for those preparing for surgery.

About you
If you have strong communication skills, proficient and competent computer skills and an ability to work well under pressure, we would welcome your application. Previous experience with booking, scheduling, and patient management systems is an advantage.
