- Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.30pm,

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-orientated and organised team player to join our Health Records Service on a fixed term basis working 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Are you looking to bring your administration experience into a healthcare setting? In this role you will be responsible for managing patient health records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The Health Records team is based across both Tauranga and Whakatane Hospital sites and this position is based at Tauranga Hospital.

About you
- Flexibility is key as tasks may vary
- Physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved
- Able to cope with a high demanding workload
- Good computer skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
