About the role
We are excited to offer this part time or full time permanent position for a dynamic and highly efficient administrator; we are looking for someone who excels with technology and has an eye for detail when it comes to co-ordinating work processes. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth running of the training office and will support the work of the faculty as they deliver training and supervision.
A brief context of the role is that Psychiatry trainees gain their vocational qualifications through an accredited training programme; the Regional Psychiatrist Training Programme(NRPTP) for the four Northern Districts is based in Greenlane in Te Toka Tumai, Auckland District. In this role you will be employed by Waitematā District, but will work as part of a regional service. So you would be making a crucial difference to the training experience of doctors in a multi-organisational setting.

About You
If you are:
- Organised and efficient, with great interpersonal skills
- Culturally competent
- Team oriented and value honesty and integrity
- Action and outcomes focussed, autonomous in your work with good judgement
- Self motivated and able to work independently
And your skills and experience include:
- Administration of professional education, or in the health sector
- High level administration support and coordination support the programme and directors of training
- Advanced capability with MS Office Suite
- Experience with process and systems
- Excellent customer service
- Experienced at minute taking, including interpretation and determining action points
- Scheduling and organising small events.
- Supporting accreditation processes and compliance with reporting and training requirments
