About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least five years of Nursing and acute or community care experience, ideally with adults and children and thrives on flexibility and enjoys the challenges of providing specialised care in patients with Bladder and Bowel needs in the community.

We are offering a permanent 0.5 FTE position (working 20 hours per week) in the Bladder and Bowel team based at Tauranga hospital. The role requires availability to work between 7:30am and 4:00pm, Monday – Sunday.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our Bladder and Bowel Nursing Service operates as a district regional service with the broader District Nursing framework. Comprising a dedicated team of professionals, including a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Clinical Speciality Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Health Care Assistants, our service is active at both Tauranga and Whakatāne sites.

About you

What you will bring:

  • Current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Registered Nurse with five or more years’ experience
  • Recent acute care or community care with adults and children
  • Clean full New Zealand Driver’s Licence
