Registered Nurse - Cardiology Outpatients

About the Role
The role will primarily involve assisting with the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme but will also include assisting with the ANZACs database, assisting in Cardiology clinics and providing education and support to people with long term cardiac conditions.
The position may suit someone with an interest in long term conditions and who would like to learn more about the role of a clinical nurse specialist.

About the Team/Service/ Location
The position will be working alongside three Clinical Nurse Specialists and will be located in the Cardiology and Respiratory Outpatient Department in New Plymouth but will need to support service in Hawera Hospital.

About you
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is currently working at the top of their scope and has an interest in working with the Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist team.
· 3 years Registered Nurse Experience
- Post graduate nursing qualification or working towards is desired
- Cardiology or General Medical Experience
- Good communication and organisation skills are a must!
