About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join the Medical Administration team in the role of Referral and Scheduling Administrator / Receptionist. We invite applications from experienced referral and scheduling administrators to fill this vacancy.
As part of our Medical Booking Team, you will be responsible for:
· Managing incoming referrals and ensuring timely processing
· Scheduling patient appointments for Outpatient Department clinics and maintaining regular communication with patients
· Completing administrative reviews and audits
· Working closely with Consultants, Registrars, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Managers, and Clinical Nurse Specialists
· Providing front‑of‑house support within the Outpatient Department

About you
As a Referral and Scheduling Administrator you would ideally have experience in a healthcare setting an/or previous experience in an administration and reception role.
· Excellent working knowledge in Excel, Word, Email.
· Desirable skills would include working knowledge of WebPAS/IBA and Concerto patient systems with an in-depth knowledge of all modules is desirable.
· Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot.
· Knowledge of medical terminology and proven experience working closely with a clinical team.
· Effective communication.
· Be able to react effectively in an ever-changing environment.
